Welcome to Skin Designer Lounge ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General Agreement
By accessing our clinic, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Appointments and Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance through our online platform, phone, or in person.

A valid payment method is required to secure your booking.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule or exchange your service, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done through our official booking channels.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for rescheduling or exchange.

No-shows will result in full payment being charged.
4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to attend your scheduled appointment.

If you are unable to attend, you may exchange your service for another treatment of equal value at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the full payment.
5. Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session, depending on availability.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show.
6. Medical Disclaimer

We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical condition.

Consult a licensed medical professional before receiving any treatment if you have underlying health concerns.
